Mayfield Dorpers

 

Myself (Julia) and husband Kerry and our 3 children who are now adults, live on 100 acres in a small country town called Bungaree about 15 km from Ballarat, about 100 km from Melbourne, in Victoria Australia. Our soil is rich red volcanic soil ideal for potatoes, and of course Highland Cattle and Dorper Sheep.

We run a small business "floor sanding and sealing floorboards, laying cork and parquetry floors." We have been breeding Highland Cattle since 1991 and have just began the adventure into the White Dorper, at this stage only a small number of sheep but we do intend to increase our numbers.
